There's something magical about stained glass, the way light dances through color, the quiet satisfaction of shaping and soldering each piece, and the beauty of seeing it all come together. It's no wonder so many people in our community have asked about learning this timeless craft.
At BV Made, we’re ready to teach — but we need your help to make it happen.
We've had a huge wave of interest in stained glass classes, and we’re excited to get hands-on workshops going. But before we can launch, we need to outfit our makerspace with the basic tools and equipment that make stained glass possible.
🛠️ What We're Looking For:
Glass cutters
Soldering irons/stations
Glass grinders
Copper foil and solder
Light boxes or panels
Sheet glass (scraps welcome!)
Do you have any of these tools collecting dust in your garage or studio? Are you a retired artist or hobbyist ready to pass on your materials to the next generation of makers?
💡 Why Donate?
Your donation will directly support a growing community of artists, crafters, and curious learners here in Buena Vista. We’re committed to offering hands-on classes in a safe, welcoming space — and with the right tools, we can make stained glass accessible to everyone.
📬 How to Help
If you have equipment to donate — or know someone who might — please email us at contactbvmade@gmail.com, drop by BV Made (222 US Hwy 24), or message us through our website.
Let’s bring some color to the valley together.

💛Thank you for supporting creativity in our community!
